At ITRMC Ophthalmology, we are dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, timely, equitable, and patient-centered eye care, benefiting the Filipino community while offering a PBO-accredited program for aspiring ophthalmologists. Our residency training program is distinguished by our team of fully board-certified consultants, cutting-edge equipment, and a strong focus on service, training, and research.
Our state-of-the-art DOH-ITRMC Eye Center, located on the second floor of the New ITRMC OPD Tower, is equipped with modern facilities and technology to support our mission. Fully supported by the ITRMC top management and efficient processes- essential diagnostic and therapeutic services unavailable in other areas, are provided here. DOH- ITRMC Eye Center is able to give valuable charity and pay services to the people of La Union and its neighboring provinces.
The PBO-accredited Residency Training Program is designed to provide comprehensive training to our residents. We pride ourselves on offering a balanced approach to service, training, and research, supported by a wealth of patient cases. We take pride in a wide array of surgical cases. We prioritize camaraderie and harmony among our staff, ensuring a fulfilling work environment for everyone. Research is fully supported, and our residents are highly encouraged to present and publish their work both nationally and internationally.
