FEU-NRMF Ophthalmology is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care. Our team is composed of highly skilled ophthalmologists with different specialties.

Our training program is geared towards training the next generation of ophthalmologists. Residents are exposed to diverse cases. They see around 20 patients daily from diverse demographics and specialized cases. We intend to provide our residents the necessary knowledge, skills, and exposure to common, occasionally complex, and rare surgeries. Residents are paced adequately with balanced progression. Trainees are exposed to surgeries during 2nd year. They learn to accomplish their tasks with basic equipment. The program also emphasizes advancing research and striving for publications.

The faculty is composed of experienced and board-certified ophthalmologists dedicated to providing residents with guidance and mentorship. Consultants are trained in specialties such as retina, glaucoma, external disease and cornea, uveitis, neuro-ophthalmology, pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, orbit, and refractive surgery. Consultants are easily approachable and open to teaching.

The program is geared towards allowing the resident to become independent having high clinical and surgical aptitude. It allows a team-oriented approach on handling cases and requires high collaboration.
